ABSTRACT

Objective To construct the auxiliary system of outpatient drug distribution, reduce errors and improve the quality of outpatient pharmaceutical service. Methods The bar code technology was used to independently develop outpatient pharmacy dispensing assistant system. The system design and function are introduced. The practical application effect of the system was evaluated on dispensing errors, efficiency and pharmacist evaluation. Results Based on the special network environment of the hospital, the system integrated the functions of drug check, prescription right management, expiration date management and medication instruction. After using the system, the number of dispensing errors decreased from 84 to 25. The waiting time for patients to receive medicine decreased by 151 seconds. All pharmacists surveyed agreed that auxiliary system was helpful to pharmacists’ work. Conclusion The system reduced the medication dispensing error in outpatient pharmacy, improved work efficiency and the quality of pharmaceutical care.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To enhance the pharmaceutical administration of the key monitoring drugs, promote the rational drug use and reduce the drug consumption of patients. Methods:The key monitoring drugs directory was complied, and prescription comment was standardized,and the supervision management system was established. Through the comparison the indicators before and after the management intervention,a series of effective management methods were explored. Results and Conclusion: From the emphasized monitoring for the introduction of new key monitoring drugs,the drug categories in medical institutions were controlled from the source. Information means were used to perform the real-time monitoring for the key monitoring drugs. Drug prescription reviews and office feedbacks were carried out to supervise the complementary drugs afterwards. After the management intervention, the indicators of key monitoring drugs were improved significantly,suggesting the effectiveness of monitoring methods.

Objective To explore the application of defibrillation energy measurement and result uncertainty assessment to defibrillator quality control.Methods The released energy of the defibrillator was measured in standardized technology and environmental conditions,and uncertainty assessment was carried out according to the criteria JJF 1059-2012 Assessment and expression of measurement uncertainty,and then the quality of the defibrillator was executed based on uncertainty.Results Uncertainty assessment contributed to the evaluation of the defibrillator quality,and provided guidance to medical engineering departments in the defibrillator quality control.Conclusion Uncertainty assessment of the defibrillation energy measurement facilitates the quality control,and thus can be promoted in the quality control of other likely medical devices such as respirator,infusion pump and electrosphygmomanometer.
